Charlie Rudgard (RHL Ltd) is a builder and construction manager based in north London. He works with a team of building specialists on each job.

The building process can be stressful, but the aim is to produce interesting designs economically and by planning for the foreseeable difficulties. Getting building work completed within its reasonable budget and time frame are our key objectives.

Charlie Rudgard has also worked specialising in detailed construction and can use that experience to aid the building process.

Charlie has over 30 years experience, including large projects like The Royal College of Music and also Bond Street Auctioneers premises, but latterly concentrating on high quality residential work, and now moving on to 'Passiv House' and ecological construction.

Charlie Rudgard has, amongst other things, built about 40 Basements in central London down as far as 3 storeys underground. Similarly he has, built many additional floors on buildings in central London.

Over the years he has built some very complex projects and specialises in difficult access solutions, such as a 2 storey flat on the 14th storey of a tower by Hyde Park corner which had no lift access, and a house on an island in the Thames.

Charlie trained as a builder and conservator and has experience of building technique, materials and details.

Charlie Rudgard has built up a large network of key sub-contractors, consultants and tradesmen over the years who can be called upon depending on the type of project.
